Exceptions for Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the following cases:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your shipping address

  • Photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item(s)

Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
